As a Human Resources Graduate, you’ll play a vital role in our HR, People Analytics and Strategic People Development teams, gaining hands-on experience in data-driven HR decision-making, employee development, and strategic workforce planning. Over the course of two years, you’ll rotate through three key HR teams, developing a comprehensive understanding of people strategy and HR transformation.
What will I be doing?
Are you looking to kick-start your career in HR? Our Graduate Programme offers you the opportunity to work at the heart of our HR teams, gaining hands-on experience in both HR analytics and core HR functions.
Responsibilities on our People Analytics Pathway include:
Collection and analysis of HR and people metrics to support business strategy
Participation in the development and optimization of HR data analyses and modern dashboards to support management in strategic decision-making
Collaboration on projects to enhance HR processes, such as personnel management, recruiting, development, and compensation
Execution of ad-hoc evaluations and internal/external data analyses
Close collaboration with financial controlling, including productivity analysis
Responsibilities on our Strategic People Development Pathway include:
Supporting in planning, organizing and implementing training and development activities
Collaborating on strategic projects on employee experience, such as analysing employee surveys and deriving recommendations for action
Supporting in a range of cross-departmental HR projects
Who we’re looking for
You should have (or expect to obtain) a degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Data Science, Mathematics, Business Informatics, or a related field, ideally with a focus on HR, Controlling, or Data Analytics.
We are looking for individuals who are eager to take on challenges, enjoy working collaboratively, and have a passion for learning and growth. We also seek candidates who align with our core values: collaborative, driven, caring, and genuine.
Additionally, you should:
Have initial experience through internships or student positions in HR Analytics, HR Management, or Controlling.
Possess strong analytical thinking, an affinity for numbers, and a structured working approach.
Strong communication skills, team spirit and a high level of initiative
Be proficient in Excel.
Ideally (not a must!) have knowledge of analytics tools (Power BI) or initial programming experience (e.g., Python, R).
Have very good German and English skills.
