As a Finance Graduate, you’ll play a vital role in driving financial excellence across our business. Over the course of two years, you’ll rotate through key operational functions, developing a comprehensive understanding of financial statements, financial analysis and financial projects.

What will I be doing?

Our Graduate Programme offers you the opportunity to work at the heart of our Finance teams, gaining hands-on experience in budgeting, forecasting and business development.

Responsibilities on our Finance Graduate Programme include:

Supporting in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

Participating in budget and forecast planning as well as variance analyses

Executing ad-hoc analyses and reporting to management in close collaboration with our internal Data & Analytics team

Contributing to cross-functional projects, e.g., process coordination for planning processes and the development of corresponding planning models

Who we’re looking for:

You should have (or expect to obtain) a master's degree in business administration, economics, or a comparable field of study with a focus on finance/controlling.

We are looking for individuals who are eager to take on challenges, enjoy working collaboratively, and have a passion for learning and growth. We also seek candidates who align with our core values: collaborative, driven, caring, and genuine.

Additionally, you should:

Be a strong analytical thinker with a structured work approach.

Be proficient in MS Excel, with experience using planning systems for forecasting and budgeting.

Be fluent in both German and English.
