What you will do
- Sales and Business Development: act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients. Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability.
- Go-to-market Strategy: identify and pursue new business opportunities to meet or exceed sales targets. You will initiate and take full ownership for strategic and operational projects and drive them forward proactively.
- Operational Support: Assist in day-to-day operational tasks, including project management, team coordination, and resource allocation.
- Team Building: Play a role in building and nurturing a high-performing team by participating in recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities.
- Cross functions: Act as a liaison between different teams (Operations, Procurement) and the founding team, ensuring effective communication and alignment of goals.

- You have excellent communication skills in German and English
