Evolk GmbH and Numyas are dynamic small business , based in Heidelberg We work on a variety of projects in the fields of B2B services and digital solutions. To support our growth, we are looking for a part‑time Personal Assistant who can help us with market research and coordination tasks in both German and English.
Key Responsibilities
Market research: Gather and analyse information on industries, competitors and clients to support business decisions.
Supplier and client coordination: Serve as the liaison between our companies, suppliers and clients; ensure requirements are clearly understood and deadlines are met.
Communication: Draft emails and correspondence in German and English; maintain professional relationships with stakeholders.
Administrative support: Assist with scheduling, document management and organisation of meetings or events.
Information management: Maintain accurate databases and records; prepare reports or presentations as needed.
