
Working Student (f/m/d) - Security Academy Operations Support
What you'll do
Collaborate and Drive Impact Across Key Initiatives
The ideal candidate (f/m/d) will work closely with both the program team and the trainees on a global scale, providing support across a variety of strategic and operational topics. Support in creating and executing learning and development strategies. The main tasks include:
- Support coordinating monthly community calls for Security & Compliance professionals.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to support talent attraction, including events, career fairs, and content creation.
- Organize and support international employee rotations, including accommodation and team coordination.
- Manage and update internal platforms (SharePoint, Wiki, Talent Marketplace) and external career site content.
- Collaborate with external partners such as accommodation providers and learning organizations.
- Design and facilitate learning and development exercises for Academy participants.
- Plan and execute events including onboarding weeks, offsites, and graduation ceremonies.
- Collect and analyze program feedback to drive continuous improvement.
What you bring
- Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
- Preferred fields of study: Business Administration, Organizational Development, Organizational Psychology, Human Resources Management or similar
- Language skills: fluent in English, German is a plus
- Creativity and interest in technology
- You have exceptional interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills
- You shine with a positive ‘can-do’ and ‘get the job done’ attitude
- Familiarity with collaborative platforms, tools, and practices
- Beneficial are facilitation, presentation and video editing skills
