Join our Sales Engineer Graduate Programme as a Junior Sales Engineer, and you’ll be developing and fostering great relationships with our customers, identifying the right technology solutions to suit their needs. On our programme you’ll gain exposure to the different teams within Colt which work together to deliver the best possible solutions for our clients whilst maximising customer growth.
Join us on a permanent contract from day one, and at the end of the two-year programme, you'll move straight into a role within our Commercial function.
What you’ll be doing:
Working in our Enterprise Sales team, you’ll be responsible for working with our customers to understand their business needs and requirements, and how our products and services can help them excel. You’ll work closely with our Sales team to recommend the most appropriate solutions, whilst also building and maintaining relationships with our customers.
You’ll also be responsible for:
Understanding our full suite of solutions in order to recommend the most suitable products to our customers
Managing 3rd party partners and all Colt departments to design a fit for purpose and deliverable solution
Liaising with the customer and Colt Engineering, Design, Delivery and Operations to ensure each is aware of the customer solution and to create an effective installation
Actively participating in specialist communities to ensure that successful innovative solutions and best practices are promoted and shared
Document the final Solution design to a high level of detail, allowing the customer to comfortably contract with Colt for a clearly defined service, solution and outcome
Who are we looking for?
You must have a Bachelors university degree in Electronic Engineering, Cybersecurity, Networks, Telecommunications, Computer Science or a related field, as well as being fluent in both English and German. You should also have a genuine enthusiasm for your own learning and development, being self-motivated, leading by example, taking initiative, and driven to succeed.
To be eligible for this role, you must either be a citizen of a European Union country or hold a visa that grants you the permanent and unrestricted right to work in the EU.
