The Opportunity

We are excited to present to you our 2025 Graduate Programme, a two-year rotational programme designed to provide in-depth knowledge across a wide variety of critical business areas within the full real estate investment management lifecycle.

During these two years you will complete up to four rotations across various departments that operate from different European office locations of Redevco, including London and Amsterdam. These departments include:

  • Investment Management
  • Transaction Management (equity & debt)
  • Capital Raising & Client Relations
  • Asset & Development management
  • Market Research

This programme is an excellent opportunity for recent university graduates looking to join a growing company at an exciting time whilst developing a broad skill set across both the investment and operational sides of our business. The programme will provide candidates with all the key ingredients to build a strong foundation for a successful career in real estate investment management at our company.

You will benefit from hands-on learning and development opportunities by working alongside an experienced team in an entrepreneurial and collaborative culture. This will be supplemented by classroom-based training throughout the two-year programme, provided both by internal Redevco colleagues and external trainers. Additionally, a mentor will follow and support your professional development throughout the two years.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications

  • Education: Master’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, Economics, or other related / quantitative field.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and quantitative skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion: Passion for real estate and the built environment. Strong interest in further developing financial modelling skills both on the job as well as during dedicated training sessions.
  • Attributes: Highly motivated, detail-oriented, proactive and eager to learn. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience: Previous internships or work experience in real estate, finance, or related industries is a plus but not required.
  • Languages: Fluency in English is a pre-requisite with mastery of other European languages not required, but certainly a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct financial analysis and modelling to support investment decisions.
  • Support the preparation of investment proposals and presentations. Participate in property site visits and market tours.
  • Assist in the preparation of investor reports and fund performance analysis.
  • Support asset managers in day-to-day property management activities.
  • Collaborate with development teams on project planning and execution.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key market stakeholders and keep track of market trends.
