The Team

As part of the Private Equity Performance Improvement (PEPI) team, you will join a group of professionals dedicated to delivering high-impact results for our clients. The team focuses on enhancing the performance of portfolio companies through strategic and operational improvements. You will have the opportunity to work on diverse projects, develop your skills, and contribute to the team's success.

How you will contribute

As an Intern, you will be part of the PEPI team in Munich for 3 months, gaining exposure to:

• Supporting Commercial Due Diligence engagements, including market and competitive analyses, customer segmentation, and assessment of growth and value‑creation potential
• Preparing and analyzing data to support investment decisions
• Supporting research initiatives (e.g., conducting expert interviews) and developing presentations
• Contributing to Business Development, such as pipeline research, preparation of pitch materials, and identification of relevant market trends.

Qualifications

• Completed Bachelor’s degree or currently enrolled in a Master’s/MBA program
• Strong analytical skills combined with prior experience in (Commercial) Due Diligence
• Relevant practical experience in a consulting or financial environment
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Fluency in German and English
