Tasks/responsibilities

Assistance in mergers and acquisition transactions, especially in financial modelling/valuations and due diligence of
potential targets and joint ventures
Performing financial and strategic business analysis, valuations and industry research
Assist in the preparation of presentations for the top management
Support at various strategic projects and presentations

Qualifications/required skills

Student in business administration, economics or related areas
Work experience (intern/work student) in Investment Banking, Consulting or Corporate Finance Advisory would be of
advantage
Ability to work independently as well as in a team and under pressure
Proficiency in written and spoken English
Competent handling of MS Office applications (in particular Excel and PowerPoint)
Strong analytical, communication and organizational skills
