What you’ll do

• Preparation and support of customer meetings (creation of visitor requests, optimization of PowerPoint presentations, ordering give aways)
• Planning and organizing LoB specific events and meetings (digital and physical)
• Creating Social Posts for LinkedIn
• Support for GTM annual planning and account assignments
• Preparation and follow-up of account reviews for annual customer planning
• Support for administrative tasks in the day-to-day business of the sales back-office team
• Assist in organizing activities for the S.Factory
• Leave substitution

What you bring

• Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
• Preferred fields of study: Business Administration, Business Informatics, Communication, Marketing, Business Management
• Computer skills: MS Office
• Language skills: German and English
• Soft skills: Flexible, friendly, resilient, motivated, ready to work on new topics, independent work

The MEE SCM back-office team supports the entire Supply Chain Management Line of Business for the region Middle & Eastern Europe with all inquiries and tasks involved. The back-office team supports sales colleagues in the successful processing of purchase deals and is therefore a significant part of the SCM LoB.
