As a member of the local team, you will be responsible for processes and projects within different local Finance functions to enhance your Finance expertise and to further develop business acumen as well as cross-cultural competences.

After successfully completing the program, you will move into an exciting role within the Group Finance organization in Germany or abroad, taking into consideration your interest and career aspirations, professional development opportunities, as well as business needs.

In Addition, during the program you will participate in a comprehensive training curriculum focused on improving your hard- and soft-skills and you will receive continuous mentoring.
